The Kraybill Conflict Style Inventory

We're glad you're here!  

Things you should know:

• There are 20 simple questions about your responses to conflict.  You'll need about 10 minutes to answer them.  A report with detailed feedback and suggestions will display on your screen and arrive in your email as soon as you are finished.

• If you get lost, go to the menu at the top.

• To view, print or email your scores at any time in future, go to "Style Matters Online" in the top menu.  However, a few trainers arrange to deliver the report to users in a workshop, in which case the view, print, and email options are not visible to users.

• There's a tutorial in the top menu to help you expand your learnings in the report.  If you will be attending a class or workshop on conflict styles, chances are you won't need the tutorial.  If you're on your own, you will benefit from spending a few minutes in the tutorial.

• You can print out a 24 page print version of the inventory. Go to the top menu, Free Resources and select "Review copy of Style Matters".   This is a PDF copy of Style Matters in a review version with occasional portions partly blocked out to prevent unauthorized reproduction. 

• You can come back at any time to review things you learned or do a printout of your scores.  Keep your login/password to be able to easily get access to your score report.
