Riverhouse requests and records name, email, and address from some users to process order or requests for information.  Riverhouse also maintains score reports of users on our database in order to enable easy access by users at any time.

As a matter of policy, we have never shared any of this information with any other entity nor do we intend to ever do so.   There is one exception to this:  From about January 1, 2015 till October 1, 2019, we invited users who wish to contribute to research to allow their score data, stripped of names, emails and other identifiers, to be used for research purposes.   Only those users who clicked a positive permission form were included in this data gathering.
